How do I protect the confidentiality of information? A non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement is part of the agreement that we will enter into for consulting services. How do you charge for your services? Consulting assignments are billed for by the hour. Hourly rates may vary based upon the scope and term of the agreement. We are available on retainer for On-Call consulting when there is no specific project at hand. This proves beneficial for small and large companies, architects and Engineers who may need intermittent services. Expert testimony and Depositions are charged for hourly and are paid for in advance.
